In short: yes!
In depth: please don’t worry. You might be surprised to hear that 99% of my couples say the same thing (but clearly they don’t look it, otherwise you probably wouldn’t have got this far!) It's really important for me to make sure you guys have fun, and I have a personal toolkit of subtle ways to make sure this happens. The portraits session is normally really dynamic, so you’re not stood like a statue pulling an awkward pose. In fact, usually you’ll be laughing with me, or at me....I’m not picky!

I’m totally aware that this is a wedding, not a day-long photoshoot - and so you want to spend most of it celebrating with your friends and family. With that in mind, I usually allocate around 20-30 minutes throughout the day for a portraits session, but if you’re keen on having loads then we can obviously extend this. Ultimately, the timings are up to you, but once you’re booked in we can curate your timeline specifically to your needs. 

I will travel to the end of the world to document your love story! All travel costs within England are included in my four packages. Please add on an extra £350 for Wales and Scotland, or get in touch for a price on request for anywhere else in the world!

As standard, all my packages include just me, but a second shooter can absolutely be added on. This is useful if you wanted coverage of morning preparations at two locations, as well as more coverage throughout the day. But don’t worry, this isn’t a random stranger with a camera turning up to your venue: I have a select, curated list of additional photographers who I trust wholeheartedly, and who I’ll choose from for your wedding day.

Being a photographer isn’t all about the camera; it’s also about the backups! I always shoot on two Nikon camera bodies and various lenses, so you’ll never be left in the lurch. Your images are then safely transferred to a hard drive, and backed up to the cloud. When your photos are ready, you’ll receive a gallery which is hosted online for a year (for a fee, this can be continued past the year). 

Your first exciting inbox delivery will come within a week of your event, with the arrival of your sneak peeks. When the full gallery will follow depends on the package you’ve booked, but as a general rule of thumb, shoots will be delivered within 3-4 weeks and The Main Event packages within 8-12 weeks.

You can find the full details of the numbers in the packages above, but rest assured: your wedding gallery will be chockablock full of stunning shots! 

Absolutely! I think group photos with family and special people are super important – it’s not often you’re all together, and even if it is, it’s nice that one of you doesn’t have to be behind the camera for once! I recommend a maximum of 6-8 groups, which should take around 20-30 minutes.

The copyright of the images always remains with the photographer, but all of my clients get a personal licence. This means you can print all your wedding images, and shout about them all over social media (stick them up on neighbourhood lampposts if you want!). The only thing you cannot do with the photos is to use them for commercial resale: i.e. if OK Magazine slides into your DMs, you can’t sell them. Sorry!
